COVER REVEAL ~ WITCH HUNTER ~ BY SHARI NICHOLS

I'm so excited to share this fabulous cover for my friend, Shari Nichols. She's an amazing and talented writer. This is her debut novel, coming to Ellora's Cave on November 19. Join me in congratulating her. Witch Hunter is an erotic romance, and I can't wait to read it.

BLURB

Determined MBI (Magickal Bureau of investigations)agent Alex Denopoulos will stop at nothing to catch a killer, including recruit notorious felon, Willow McCray to work for the agency. The lines between duty and passion become blurred the more time he spends with the sultry witch. In the midst of the investigation, they succumb to the dark edges of desire, placing both their lives in danger. Alex will risk more than his badge to keep her alive.
Kick-ass witch Willow must use her powers for good if she wants to stay out of Hellios, a mage prison for those who have broken the Wiccan Rede of ‘Harm ye None.’ Willow never expects to fall so hard for Alex, a mortal with a penchant for justice and a deep seated hatred of witches. Though a future together seems impossible, she doesn’t want to let him go. Can she vanquish the evil surrounding them and give Alex her mind and body before she loses her heart and maybe her soul?

EXCERPT

Willow took a sip of her margarita and glanced down at Alex’s big hands, tanned and sprinkled with a smattering of dark hair. Funny, she never found a man’s hands sexy. Suddenly her mind filled with images of Alex trailing those big, masculine hands over her body. She wondered if he fit the stereotype. Big hands, big…
“You never did answer my question. Are you considering taking me up on my offer?” The sound of his voice pulled her from a host of fantasies. Willow dug her nails into her palm to get her head back in the game. She shouldn’t be thinking about this man in such a raw, sexual way.
“Why not? My car’s parked in the back. “She probed through the nearby crowd to check if Alex came here with bodyguards. A virtual cacophony of conversations invaded her thoughts, but nothing about protection for Alex. Once she got him alone, she’d take her chances and pray she wouldn’t be outnumbered. “Then let’s get out of here. Unless of course I’ve got some competition.” He   motioned over her shoulder to the incubus whose head now lolled forward over the bar.
“I think you’re flying solo here.” She’d set her trap and let the consequences be damned. She rubbed her finger along the rim of the glass and licked off the salt.
She lifted the glass to her lips, savoring the tangy flavor of margarita mix along with the zing of tequila as it slid down her throat. Headrush. No surprise there, she couldn’t remember the last time she’d slept or eaten in the past forty-eight hours, existing on a combination of raw nerves and pure adrenaline.
“You missed a spot.” He ran his thumb along the seam of her lip. He put it to his mouth and licked. “Mmm, sweet.” Her plan didn’t involve foreplay…but damn he was hot. In another time and another place she would be seriously into this guy. Too bad I might have to kill him.

SPOTLIGHT ~ A CLASS ACT ~ BY LEIGH ELLWOOD

So here I am, minding my own business and preparing another post for the TRS release party on one of the box sets, when I get word my latest Decadent Publishing story is out early! Wait, what? I have to promo that also? ACK! Seriously, I'm thrilled. I had so much fun writing A CLASS ACT and I hope if you love M/M you'll pick it up. Enjoy this preview. Gay Erotic Romance Class in Session, Book 2 (May be read standalone) All Romance ~ Kindle ~ Kobo ~ NOOK ~ Decadent Publishing Released November 7, 2014 Barry Kellam receives a mysterious invitation from 1Night Stand and can’t imagine who would arrange a night of sexual passion with him…except perhaps a former student who’s gone on to greater things. Paul Merrill is the toast of Broadway. While the awards and fame are nice, he wants to  share his success—and his body—with the man who inspired him. But Dr. Kellam isn’t  one to date fellow faculty or alumni. Will he answer Madame Eve’s call? Excerpt The fleeting idea that Paul Merrill was somewhere else in Manhattan right now set a chill in his heart. Maybe some billionaire in disguise arranged this, like a super-rich parent he met at an open house who misinterpreted a handshake as a come-on. He shook away the ridiculous notion as the elevator floor vibrated. The ideas ballooned like fantastic movie plots, not unlike the one that would make Paul a household name. At Room 2401, his hand trembled and it took three tries to get the green light. “Room” hardly described his quarters for the night. 1Night Stand appropriated them with a lavish suite with wide panel windows revealing Times Square in its explosive, mega-watt glory. The waving red lines of the story-high Coca-Cola ad mesmerized him, but only momentarily as he fought to keep his bearings. If his date was here, he was probably in another part of the suite. The bedroom, no doubt. He swallowed back his nerves, inhaled, and stepped deeper into the living area. Large, suede sofas faced a wall-sized entertainment system. The wet bar looked better stocked than an actual restaurant. Barry’s mouth watered for a shot of vodka. “Dr. Kellam!” Barry’s heart jolted and his direction whipped to the left toward the approaching figure. “Paul, thank God it’s you.” ~
Be sure to pick up the first story, A DIFFERENT CLASS!
FDR High Class of 2004 graduate, Glenn Carson contacts fellow alumni to get a list of who will be attending the upcoming festivities. One call to a disgruntled former student leaves him shaken—apparently, not everyone is looking forward to the reunion. Hoping to ease his frustration, he contacts the 1Night Stand service for a relaxing and passionate encounter.
Known as “Mumbles” to former classmates, Rod Maloney would prefer to focus on the present and his successful business. However, past tragedies continue to haunt him, so he requests Madame Eve find him a man to show him a hot time and help him forget his troubles.
Will their one night together lead to a reunion after all?

He did not expect he would want her so badly, not when he could never have her.

Thalia has always known she must return to the capital to prepare for the throne. However, not everyone desires the princess's return. When they are attacked, they can only turn to each other. Will they overcome status and secrets to discover a love for all time?
Fantasy Romance
Coming soon

Excerpt:

The discordant note of a missed strike rose from the coffin, followed by a terse mutter. By the Maiden, was the princess cursing?

A sudden, terrible thought occurred. Was it the princess? Surely she wouldn’t curse as if she was a dockworker. Maybe his source had lied about the gear worker being the lost princess. Maybe this wasn’t her at all, and he would spend another three months trying to find the erstwhile royal.

No. If it killed him, this would be her. He was not going to waste any more time on this.

So decided, he intoned, “Princess,” in the clear, strong voice he used to quell conversation.

The woman in the coffin—the princess, damn his eyes—started, and a loud clang split the air, immediately followed by one of those deliciously vulgar curses. Pulling out of the coffin, she glared at him.

His breath strangled in his throat. Heat stormed through him, his cock hardening in his too-thin breeches.

Thrice-damned god, but she was arresting.

Wild ebony hair escaped from the band holding it back while furious black eyes pilloried him, full lips pursed in displeasure. Her worker’s clothes revealed more of her form than they should, the homespun shirt opened to the middle of her breast bone. The undyed fabric seemed too rough for such fine skin, the dull off-white hue a contrast with her dusky flesh. The brown leather harness of her trade nipped in her waist and cupped her breasts, while trousers outlined full hips and long legs, the latter encased in knee-high boots of soft brown leather capped with steel.

Quite insanely, he wanted to taste the damp skin revealed by her shirt.

“What do you think you’re doing?” she demanded.
She had to be the princess. Only royalty could deal such a stare.

“Doing?” he said.

She folded her arms beneath her breasts. He tried not to notice how her action plumped her flesh deliciously through the leather. “Do not come into a workroom and startle a gear worker, especially if she’s wielding tools that could harm her, the object she works on, and your fat head once she recovers herself.”

“My apologies, Princess.” He offered his most charming smile and ignored how the darkening of her scowl made him harder. “I am the tailor, and I have been sent to fetch you home.”

Along the way, Alysin learns she won't have to fake an orgasm if she's with someone who knows what to do, that not all men suck but the best ones suck really well, and that sometimes what starts out as something pretend can fast become something completely real. Will the woman who lives life with no regrets, regret that she made that stupid rule about not exchanging names and contact info?

***Excerpt***

Maybe this time I was on my own. Then I saw him. He had those classic good looks, pretty without looking feminine; a strong jaw, beautiful deep blue eyes, and rich brown hair that was thick and begged to be touched. Why couldnt that guy have pulled out my chair?
Standing, I smoothly stepped in front of him. Babe, did you not see me? I was right here. Did you get my Coke? I could see he was mildly shocked. No problem. I could fix that. In a few seconds he was going to be majorly shocked. In fact, I planned to render him speechless...and malleable. I stood on my tiptoes and planted a kiss on the tip of his nose. As I imagined, I was offered a hungrier look. Thats when I made my move. Slowly, I matched my lips to his and then shifted so I was angled and we were kissing...really really kissing. Thankfully, he played along. Seconds later he had played right into my hand. Wow wow wow.
Help me, please, I breathed into his ear.
Anything for you, sexy. He sealed his vow with a kiss on my cheek that totally did not suck. He looked over at my intruder. Whos this guy? he asked, jerking his thumb in the guys direction.
I have no idea. Im sure he was just keeping the seat warm for you, though. I smiled at him and frowned over at the guy who was keeping me from my meal.
Uh, yeah, I was just leaving, the man mumbled. Then he stood up as he muttered apologies and soon walked away. The new guy sat down. I stared over at him while trying to read the situation. For all I knew, I had simply traded one douche for another. Historically speaking, it wouldnt shock me.
Hey, dont mind me. I just ended up getting drawn into your little charade. Hope you dont mind if I enjoy my meal while we keep up appearances? He smiled.
Nope. Were good, I replied although I was admittedly wary.
While I was smiling at him, I had little to say. There was so much going on in my mind...and thanks to Jolie, having an orgasm wasnt part of it. The longer he sat, not making a move, the more interesting he became. Maybe I wasnt desperate for sex, but I wasnt going to turn down the possibility of some amazing guilt-free sex with a hot guy for anything. Only I wasnt sure how to gain his attention. My smile hadnt worked. The kiss hadnt accomplished anything. What was it going to take to get a man like this to be interested in spending a few meaningless days on a cruise with me? Guess Id simply have to try the direct approach.
Are you married? I asked, confident if that didnt break the ice, nothing would.
No, he said, cocking his head.
I leaned in. Really? Because you look like the marrying kind. I took another bite of my potato salad while I studied his reaction.
Throwing his head back to laugh, he said, I run too fast. No one can catch me, let alone keep up. He punctuated his sentence with a wink.
Clearly I was going to have to be the one to get the conversation started. Thank you for saving me. Im here with my friend. She is napping right now. Im not used to having to fend off guys anymore, I admitted as I kept on eating. Isnt it nice when you dont want anything serious from someone and you can just be yourself? That was the freedom I felt around Mr. Bedroom Eyes.
He smiled and I saw he started to extend his hand. I had the feeling he was about to introduce himself, so I stopped him. Listen, you can tell me your name, but Im just going to forget it. Im lousy with names.
Okay, so were not exchanging names? Is there anything you would like to exchange? He smirked.
Yes, as a matter of fact. How about bodily fluids? I smiled and stared at him with a suggestive
look.He...choked on his Coke. When he finally stopped coughing, I was about finished eating. I dont let much come between my food and me even if I dont look like it.
Sorry, Im not used to women being so direct, he said with a smile as he wiped his face.
I dont play, I said honestly. Then I stood. I am known for my exits. As I turned, giving him full view of what I considered my best feature, I shot over my shoulder, Think about it. Then I walked away. Always...and I mean always leave them wanting more. I didnt have to look back to know he was staring at me. Let him stare. With my head up and shoulders back, I headed to the elevator.

SPOTLIGHT ~ HIDING OUT~ BY NICOLE ANDREWS MOORE

Hiding Out (The Davenport Agency Book 1)
By Nicole Andrews Moore

***Blurb***

Samuel Davenport runs his family's New York based advertising agency. His brother, Adam, runs from responsibility and anything remotely boring. And his temp, Haley, runs so she'll never be caught and hurt again. She moved to the city New Year's Day to hide and recover, to build a new life far from her past. In an effort to lie low, Haley never expects to be more than a temp. What begins for Sam as an excuse to get to know her better, ends up being an opportunity for advancement and excitement for Haley. When Sam tries to uncover all of Haley's mysteries, he exposes her hiding place, endangers her life, and threatens to destroy any chance of them ever having a future together.

***Excerpt***
Haley had grabbed at her chest and was now attempting a smile, but couldnt quite pull it off. Damn it, Haley, he murmured as he squatted next to her desk. Im sorry. Samuel struggled against reaching out to her. He closed his eyes for a moment as he imagined crushing her to his chest and burying his face in her hair. He took a few deep calming breaths, then opened his eyes.
When his gaze met hers, he found her eyes welling up with tears and it was more than he could stand. Come on, he said quietly, grabbing her hand and leading her into his office. Please sit down. He gestured to the leather sofa that so frequently held his napping brother.
No, Im sorry, Haley said, dabbing at her eyes. I feel so silly. I dont know why Im crying.
He passed her a Kleenex, then said, Yes, you do. Take a moment, then explain it to me.
She sighed, but soon her words came spilling out of her. You looked so sorry and so sad and so helpless. And I cant help but think that I put that look on your face. She was exasperated. All of a sudden you are treating me like blown glass, which is nice and scary and unfamiliar all at once. Its like you really care or... Haley faced him with a stricken look. You know. Her body shuddered and she eyed the door, something he had watched her do on more than one occasion.
And he now knew what it meant. Dont go, he said quietly. Then he added seriously, I dont know anything for certain. All I know is that it is painfully obvious someone hurt you. And that, he said almost whispering, breaks my heart.
Looking down at her lap, Haley sat stone still. Part of her wanted desperately to pour her heart out to him, but she feared that this knowledge would be too much for him. Someday, she whispered. Someday Id really like to tell you. But it cant be today. And it cant be now. She swallowed and looked up at him with her glassy emerald eyes. Can you be patient with
me?That was what everyone he had come into contact with had warned him. The good doctor, her friend Ellen...and he knew he could. She was worth it. Yes, he responded.
